Eligibility:
Group A: Children aged 7 or younger ; Group B: Children aged 8-10 ; Group C: Children aged 11-13 ; Group D: Children aged 14 -16

Entry Date:
Entries must be received by April 27th, 2008. One entry per child
(Classification to be determined by the Actual Age as of April 27th, 2008)

Rules:

1. Entry forms can be obtained at any stores of 99 Ranch Market in Northern California

2. All entries must be signed by Contestant's Parent(s)/Guardian(s) and returned with the Artwork by April 27th to any 99 Ranch Market. Upon submission of artworks, each Contestant will receive a NiteLite or a Portable Reading Lamp. (offers good while supplies last)

3. Artwork must be done by Contestant on 8.5" x 11" size paper with no assistance from any other person

4. All incomplete applications, non-official size Artwork, and those sent in by email will not be accepted

5. 99 Ranch Market will not be responsible for any damage or loss of Original Artwork. Please make a copy for your own record in case of damage or loss of the Original

Judge:

1. All entries will be judged by a panel of Artists invited by 99 Ranch Market & MingPao Daily News

2. Rating: Creativity45% / Skill20% / Subject matter35%

Result announcement & Award Presentation:

The Awards presentation will be held on May 4th, 2008 (Sunday) from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at the Newark Store of 99 Ranch Market

(35219 Newark Blvd., Newark, CA 94560) Winning Artworks will be displayed at the selected stores of 99 Ranch Market

All Prizes must be claimed no later than May 31st, 2008. Unclaimed Prizes after this date will be considered forfeited.

All materials received will become the property of 99 Ranch Market and may be used in publication or on the web for publicity and promotional purposes.

99 Ranch Market reserves the right to revise these Regulations without further notice.
